If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
What I can return and when?
- You received a faulty or defective product
- You received a product that is different from what you ordered
- You received a product that looks different from how it is actually appeared
- If the product delivered by us does not appear to be the exact size you have ordered (size issues)
What products can NOT be returned?
- Items that have been used, worn, washed or soiled
- branded items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless we give you compensation
- Consumable products, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned unless we give compensation
Conditions for returning products
- The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc
- Products must be in their original form and unsoiled
- Brand packaging should be intact
- Replacement of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned Item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
How to initiate the replacement process?
The Customer can send us an email at care@madnistore.com mentioning his Order ID. Our customer support team will then initiate the replacement process at the earliest.
