Shipping Charges
Shipping is FREE on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements.

Order Cut-off Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+05:30) India Standard Time (Kolkata) are considered for processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0–1 business day after order confirmation.
Processing is done Monday to Friday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Transit Time
Once dispatched, orders are in transit for 4–6 business days.
Transit days are counted Monday to Friday only.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Customers can expect delivery within 4–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Days
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
No dispatches on Sundays or public holidays.

Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at care@madnistore.com with your Order ID. We will arrange a replacement after verification.
